More about El Nino
Born in North York, Toronto, to Latin American parents, El Nino started MCing when he was the tender age of ten years old. He grew up during what was known as hip-hop’s golden era. Listening to the likes of Nas, Wu-Tang, Biggie, Dr. Dre, Snoop (just to name a few), he recalls a childhood filled with freestyling, break dancing, and spray painting graffiti with friends around his neighbourhood. “I was just really living hip-hop as a culture” states the upcoming rapper. When El Nino was asked what makes him different from other artists he simply said, “A lot of my peers in this game don’t have what it takes to be a star in this industry. I do.” And with this kind of sheer confidence and swagger one can only see why this young man plans to be the Latin face of hip-hop in 2010!
El Nino plans on making his debut to the world very soon. Working on his debut album Emotional Rollercoaster he plans on leaving a meaningful impact on fans around the world.
