Toronto, ON – The official “End Party” for the 4th Manifesto Festival is going down tonight, Monday, October 4th inside Revival. This is “High & Hello” headlined by Pac Div and Toronto’s own Rich Kidd. The event will also featured Smash Brovaz, Blake Carrington, Sir Lancelot, Wristpect and DJ Nana.
