Vancouver, B.C. – Aspiring West coast artist Sazon Diamante passed away tragically at a young age in 2001 and on February 9th his friends and family will be coming together for the 10-year anniversary. The celebration of Sazon’s life will feature performances by AMP, Red1 (Rascalz), HeatWave, Kanabliss, Checkmate and Concise (Defenders of the Faith), Pablucci & Andres, Global Syndicate and HNIC. DJs include Flipout, Chile Palmer, Goldenboy, Jay Swing and Sazon’s older brother, legendary Canadian DJ and producer, Kemo. Sazon is probably best known for his circa 2000 collaboration with Toronto’s Don Primo called “Crazy Loco” and a hit with the Rascalz called “Crazy World”. The event is going down at Fortune Sound Club. R.I.P. Sazon.
