Swollen Members – Mr. Impossible [Video]

Vancouver, B.C. - Looks like Swollen Members have released a new video for the single “Mr. Impossible” off the upcoming Dagger Mouth. But don’t take our word for it… Mad Child shares his experience of making the video and working with director Mr. Invisible – aka D. Thompson – after the jump.

“It was a lot of fun making the Mr. Impossible video. It’s been about a year since we shot a video but have already had our taste of creating with a small budget. It was a modest, but exciting day of shooting with director, Daryl Thompson aka “Mr. Invisible.” We shot the whole thing in one day in my new loft in Vancouver, where I just moved back to. Daryl was very spontaneous and we just worked with the elements around my loft. Reflecting back, I am proud of this video and I feel we took a very artistic approach. Kat Kerr was nice enough to come photograph the whole day. We used nothing but Daryl’s camera and a small, modest lighting package. Thanks to his amazing editing skills the video was really brought to life and we are very satisfied with the end result. Because of the great work Mr. Invisible has done, we just finished shooting my first solo video, made him an official member of Battle Axe Warriors, and are hiring him to do our next two larger budget videos.”
