Aspiring Toronto rapper charged with 4 counts of murder [News]
Toronto, ON – Several months ago we posted behind the scenes footage of “Getting This Money” by aspiring Toronto rapper Prezidenteeh. Yesterday, 27-year-old Prezidenteeh, whose real name is Mark Garfield Moore, was charged with 54 offences, including four murders that have been described as premeditated “serial killings” by police. The first murder Prezidenteeh is charged with was on September 10, 2010, followed by a double-murder on September 29th. These were followed by another murder on November 24th. The first and last murder charges originate from incidents on Scarborough’s Greenbrae Circuit. The double-murder is said to have taken place on Weston Road. In November 2001, he himself was the victim of an attempted murder on Weston Road and he still carries a scar from the attack.
Prezidenteeh has also been accused of taking part in several drive-by shootings and playing a role in the jewelry store robbery that Mosaic Music’s Mayhem Morearty has been charged with. Mayhem makes a cameo in Prezidenteeh’s “Getting This Money” video but its unclear how Prezidenteeh has been tied into the same jewelry store case.
