#Throwback | Arowbe – Once Upon A Time ft. Zaki [Audio]

Toronto, ON – Another installment of #ThrowbackThursdays. Most recently we’ve been promoting Arowbe through his group Times Neue Roman and their “Sade Is In My Tape” video. But this here is a track dating back to around 2004-2005 when the young artist was still based in Vancouver. The song is called “Once Upon A Time” featuring singer extraordinaire Zaki Ibrahim and some fresh production from Ciszak. As Arowbe puts it, this is “that cool out music, that late night vibe…that smoke and ride thing…West Coast.”

The song appears on Arowbe’s 2005 mixtape The Undefinable. The mixtape was offically released on July 4th 2005 in Vancouver at a party presented by WenerHouse Music and The Rots Movement. The project was mixed by DJ Mensa and presented by The ROTS Movement/Firehouse Entertainment. Check out the track after the jump.
