Los Angeles, CA – By now it’s no secret that Canibus royaly choked in his battle against Dizaster last night at King of the Dot’s Vendetta event. Out of respect for KOTD, we’re not posting any footage of the battle aside from “The Notebook 2″ spoof video Bizz posted earlier.

It was the first time that Canibus would take the stage for a one-on-one battle, despite having a reputation for being a fierce battle MC. Of course, his famous battles have been on wax and ‘performed’ in the comfort of a recording studio. King of the Dot is a different beast. You have to come prepared. You BETTER come prepared. Canibus, decked out in an arm sling, was ready to start the battle, but it was soon clear he was not ready for 3 rounds. Instead of giving up, he resorted to pulling out a notebook and started spitting random bars that may or may not have been prepared in advance for Dizaster. The crowd wasn’t feeling it and a loud orchestra of boo’s soon filled the Exchange LA venue. Canibus lost his cool and addressed the crowd:

“Yo y’all want to hear this shit or not? Yo, don’t be a dick man. I came out here and you paid me my bread, they paid their bread. Let me spit my shit! Do you want to hear this shit or not?” – Canibus
