Drake brings The Weeknd, A$AP Rocky & 2 Chainz to OVO Fest on Aug. 5 [News]

Toronto, ON – Having never personally attended an OVO Fest, it serves more of a purpose of pointing out who Drake is presently working/co-signing the most. After surprising people with Stevie Wonder last year, it’ll be interesting to see what Drizzy pulls off this time around. The third annual all-ages OVO Fest will be going down August 5 inside Toronto’s Molson Amphitheatre, with the show starting at 6:30 p.m. The line-up includes Drake, The Weeknd, Harlems’s A$AP Rocky and the A$AP, and Tity Boi aka 2 Chainz.

Of the event, Drake has been quoted as saying: “Bringing together the 3rd Annual OVO Fest is such a milestone for me. A lot has happened over the last three years—a journey that I’m so grateful for—but it’s always coming home and performing for my hometown that means the most. This year, we’re going to bring it just like we do every year—with high energy and music at its best.”
