About Gamrini

GAMRINI is an African Canadian artist and songwriter hailing from Windsor, Ontario also known as W-City. Born Ali El-Gamrini and raised in the inner city of Cairo, Egypt. At the age of 13 Gamrini’s dream became a reality when he found himself living in Queens, New York. It was there in NY where he witnessed first hand the lifestyle he’d only heard about in hip hop music. The words became reality and his love for Hip Hop grew. After a few years he relocated to Canada. At the age of 24 he founded FTP Entertainment, which is known for producing Hip Hop and R&B music. His first mindset was to record and remain behind the scenes. However, after some attempts with other artists Gamrini decided to make himself a first priority for FTP Ent. Hosted by Evil Empire and Dj BJ3525 with features from Detroit’s own Trick Trick (Goon Squad) and Bad Boy’s French Montana, “The Ambassador” will be a tape to look out for.
