Drake co-signs “Love Sosa” by Chief Keef [Video/MP3]

Chicago, IL – Not everyone likes Chicago’s Chief Keef. He’s been accused of promoting violence through his music at a time when his hometown could me mistaken for a warzone – murders are up 25% from 2011 already. Even fellow Chi-town artists like Lupe Fiasco have been critical of the culture that the teenage rapper represents.

But it doesn’t take much looking to find people who do support him. Kanye West did huge things for Keef’s career by remixing “I Don’t Like” and even shouts him out in his verse. 50 Cent, known for his own share of controversy, stated he was a fan of Keef’s street feel and edginess. And yesterday, Drake jumped on Twitter to proclaim his apparent obsession with Keef’s new “Love Sosa” single, claiming he’d played it at least 130 times in the past few days.

Most people we asked weren’t even familiar with that particular record yet. So we decided to post it. Check out “Love Sosa” below and tell us what you think. You can find the download after the jump. Is Drake crazy for giving it so much play? I gave it 4 spins just putting this post together and I can see it growing on me further.
