Toronto, ON – For our Song of the Day, SepTo drops his own rendition of the Saukrates’ 1995 classic, “Father Time.” The song appears on Sep’s recently released T.O. for Toronto (download) mixtape, mixed by award-winning DJ Grouch.

Check out SepTo’s track below and you can find a download link and original Saukrates version after the jump. “Father Time” was originally released as a single in 1995 and came out on the B-side of his Brick House EP in 1997, along with the No I.D.-produced “Play Dis” (Remix)” which featured Common. Common was also on the original version of “Play Dis” produced by Saukrates and located on the Brick House EP A-side. There was also “P’s & Q’s” produced by Saukrates and 2 versions of the song “Rollin,” also produced by Sauks. “Rollin” and the remix that came with it both featured Masta Ace and O.C.
