S.L.U.G. rapper Elliott Scars calls out Arcane with open letter [News]

Toronto, ON – Never a stranger to controversy, earlier today the HipHopCanada message board became the medium of choice for Scarborough rapper Elliott Scars to call out Hamilton’s Arcane. During King of the Dot’s recent Blackout 3 event, a claim was made that Arcane had purchased lyrics to use against his opponent Dizaster. The act has rubbed a lot of people the wrong way including S.L.U.G. rapper Elliott Scars. Scars took to the HipHopCanada message board to post an open letter to Arcane voicing his distaste. Here’s a sample:

“Paying somebody for bars is the lowest form of I dunno what to label it as. I don’t think there is a word approved by Merriam-Webster that truly justifies malarky which is your existence. Are you a fucking RnB singer? Is your name Arcane or is it Ashanti? If somebody gave you bars to battle Diz.. some facts or some bars that were just laying around.. I wouldn’t knock you. BUT YOU PAID FOR THEM.”
