Toronto, ON – RCA Records singer, songwriter and producer Sammy Adams will hit the road this spring on a national tour with T. Mills. The tour kicks off on April 4th and the two will be in Toronto at the Sound Academy on April 26th.

Adams burst into the music scene in 2010, after releasing his breakthrough single “I Hate College” — a cheeky remix of Asher’s Roth’s “I Love College,” which he recorded in his dorm room at Trinity College in his home state of Connecticut. He then went on to independently release the album Boston’s Boy that shot to the top of the iTunes Hip-Hop/Rap chart on its first day out, selling over 100,000 copies in the U.S. Late last year, Adams released OK Cool, his pre-album mixtape which featured a snippet of his track “All Night Longer”. In early 2012, Adams debuted the music video for his first single, “Blow Up,” on VEVO and made his nationwide television debut on Conan O’Brien.

23-year-old Travis Tatum Mills (T. Mills) has been able to turn laptop musical experimentation in his bedroom into national tours and a recording contract with Columbia Records, all in just over two years. His latest project, the Thrillionaire mixtape was released on Datpiff in Summer 2012 and received over 100,000 downloads. Mills is currently in the studio working on his major label debut album to be released sometime in 2013. The lead single “Loud” produced by Pop of Pop and Oak is now available on iTunes.

Natasha was born and raised in Toronto. She graduated from York University almost 2 years ago and since then has co-founded a youth led, social enterprise called The Next Edition which uses media and art to engage youth with their community. For the past year and a half she has been working with young aspiring artists who are looking for a way to showcase their skills and have their voice heard. With juggling weekly meetings, managing a website, and planning events for hundreds of people Natasha takes refuge in urban music. Researching and knowing the latest headlines, and newest tracks in the hip-hop world is something that she loves. But more importantly for her hip-hop is a lot more than just a genre of music, it is a culture and it has shaped who she is today. Finding a way to combine her passion for music, the knowledge she has gained from working with young people and the issues she has seen in the community is a goal Natasha would like to achieve in the near future. Recently, Natasha has taken on PR work for rappers and DJs.
