JUNO Moment: JD Era on the Red Carpet with MuchMusic [Video]

Regina, SKJD Era was amongst a couple rappers from Toronto in attendance at the JUNO Awards this year. Era was nominated for Rap Recording of the Year for his most recent project, No Handouts (Download Here), and he was also presenter at the award show for his first time. MuchMusic caught up with Era on the red carpet and talked about what he’s working on right now and his involvement at the JUNO’s.

Natasha was born and raised in Toronto. She graduated from York University almost 2 years ago and since then has co-founded a youth led, social enterprise called The Next Edition which uses media and art to engage youth with their community. Finding a way to combine her passion for music, the knowledge she has gained from working with young people and the issues she has seen in the community is a goal Natasha would like to achieve in the near future. Recently, Natasha has taken on PR work for rappers and DJs.
