HFK vs Kaliente (KOTD) [Video]

Toronto, ONHFK vs Kaliente – One of King of the Dot’s most recognizable battlers at this point, Kaliente has been around since the inception of the Canadian battle league. Despite not holding Canadian citizenship, the Upstate NY emcee has been making the trip over the border to battle in Toronto for more than four years, having taken on some of the league’s best such as Hollohan, Loe Pesci and PoRich, to name just a few. Ever improving, Kaliente has developed a style that resonates with crowds, packing hard hitting bars into his aggressive and powerful delivery. Never one to turn down a battle, the veteran wordsmith steps back into the ring against HFK for this next release from King of the Dot.

Another familiar face for those that follow battle rap, HappyFace Killer, better known by his shortened moniker HFK, has been on the scene for just as long as his opponent. For over four years, the Scarborough native has been in the ring, with battles against heavy hitters like Pat Stay, Dizaster, and even Organik himself. Known by many as a comedic type of rapper, HFK set the standard for future humor based rappers to aspire to, often incorporating witty comparisons and jokes to win over crowds and clown his opponents. Not one to miss a step, however, HFK has been evolving his style to adapt to the newer generation of battlers, now including darker, more personal schemes and bars as well. Back in Toronto to battle once again, HFK takes on Kaliente in this hard hitting clash.
