Toronto, ON – On November 8th in Toronto, as part of the festivities for the RedBull Thre3style World DJ Championships, Ali Shaheed Muhammad from A Tribe Called Quest will be going head to head with Maseo from De La Soul and HipHopCanada has 2 pairs of tickets up for grabs. The event is going down at 8PM at the Danforth Music Hall and will also include performances from Cosmo Baker, Numeric, special guests and 5 international DJ competitors. Sounds pretty dope, right? For a chance to win 1 of 2 pairs of tickets to see Ali Shaheed Muhammad battle Maseo at the Danforth Music Hall in Toronto get on Twitter and tell us either your favourite A Tribe Called Quest song or De La Soul song. Be sure to include the hashtag #AliVsMaseoTO and also tag @HipHopCanada and @RedBull3Style in your tweet. Only those who follow the instructions exactly will be qualified for the ticket giveaway. The contest is open now and closes on Thursday November 7th at 12:00PM. Two winners will be chosen at random and contacted via Twitter. Good luck to all who enter.
