Strombo Holiday Special: “Christmas In Hollis” with an all-star cast [Video]

Toronto, ON – With Christmas only 4 days away, Pete Rock, Kardinal Offishall, Deltron 3030, Camp Lo, Shad, Maestro, Jully Black, SonReal, Michie Mee, Eternia and Dan-e-o came together and reinvented Run-D.M.C.’s holiday classic, “Christmas In Hollis.”

You can catch the all-star medley on the hour-long George Stroumboulopoulos Tonight Christmas Eve Music Special (hosted by George Stroumboulopoulos) starting at 11:30 p.m. on December 24 on CBC TV. For Toronto or Vancouver viewers it’ll also air on December 25 at 5 p.m. too. George Stroumboulopoulos Tonight airs weeknights at 7 and 11:30 p.m. on CBC Television.

Natasha was born and raised in Toronto. She graduated from York University almost 2 years ago and since then has co-founded a youth led, social enterprise called The Next Edition which uses media and art to engage youth with their community. Finding a way to combine her passion for music, the knowledge she has gained from working with young people and the issues she has seen in the community is a goal Natasha would like to achieve in the near future. Recently, Natasha has taken on PR work for rappers and DJs.
