Fortunato – Lobotomy [Video]

Toronto, ONFortunato (of Angerville fame) drops off the video for his new single, “Lobotomy.” Directed by Patrick Ivan, “Lobotomy” was shot at Camp 30, a Nazi P.O.W. camp located in Bowmanville, Ontario. The backdrop provides a perfect Blair Witch Project vibe that perfectly sets the tone. The song was produced by Beaatz of the City Natives movement and is the fourth single off Fortunato’s new album, Unseen Armada.

Unseen Armada will be officially released on Jan. 27 via iTunes and other outlets. It features production from Nock Nock, Fresh Kils, and Vokab as well as appearances by Citizen Kane, Bishop Brigante and Ghettosocks. Stay tuned for Canadian tour dates, coming soon.

In my latest piece I attack the mindlessness of popular Rap music with scornful lyrical content. My own commentary on the lack of thought and consideration that goes in to the majority of Rap lyrics currently … metaphorically it speaks to the punishment that I am going to deliver to any so called MC who violates the standards set forth by the Rap Gods.” – Fortunato
