HHC x NBS: The Naturally Born Strangers Giveaway [Contest]
Toronto, ON – In case you slept on the memo, Naturally Born Strangers are taking over Toronto’s Mod Club (722 College St.) tomorrow night for a special concert and exclusive TheLegendsLeague pop-up shop. The event is sponsored by HipHopCanada, as well as the good people over at NOW Toronto, Noisey, and Manifesto. And it’s going to be off the hook. Doors open at 9 p.m. and tickets are in short-supply. Advance tickets have sold out, but there will be a few available at the door.
And to sweeten the deal for you all, we’ve linked up with the NBS fam for three dope giveaways: Our grand prize winner wins a Jameson Ave longsleeve shirt from the new TheLegendsLeague collection, along with one pair of tickets to the show and two physical copies of the debut Naturally Born Strangers project. Naturally Born Strangers has built its following on the idea of non-conformity – that is, unapolegetically being oneself. So when TheLegendsLeague founder and head designer, Bryan Espiritu, sought out a musical component for his clothing line, it only made sense for him to link up with the homies Rich Kidd, Tona, and Adam Bomb. The crew dropped their debut self-titled project back in December and the Internet exploded over it. Rich Kidd produced the entire project. And you know that when Rich Kidd gets on the production, he always delivers some filthy beats. And to cap things off, all of the cool kids in Toronto are now sporting the new TheLegendsLeague collection. And for tomorrow’s show, TheLegendsLeague designed a special capsule collection that will be exclusively available at the show.

TheLegendsLeague is both a creative agency and clothing company based in Toronto, Canada. Founded by Bryan Espiritu in 2007, it began as a blog platform that outlined his life experiences spanning from struggles with a history of domestic violence to suicide and being a young father. In 2008, the inaugural season of the clothing line was released under the name “IDEALL” which was an acronym for “Inspiration Driven Esthetic Apparel by TheLegendsLeague” as well as “I’ll Die Enormous And Live Lavish”. The design approach for TheLegendsLeague’s graphics has been simple: communicate a personal opinion on relatable ideals and concepts in ways that challenge or stimulate how people see, feel or think. Bryan Espiritu continues to design outside of graphics for TheLegendsLeague with clients including: LiveStock, Frank The Butcher, Drake and Nike. His solo art exhibit in 2011, “Because The Kids Don’t Play” was the biggest solo opening of any artist in Canadian history.
