JD Era – Trophies (Freestyle) [Audio]

Toronto, ON – Thank god it’s Friday, am I right? Sure, it’s the end of the week and everything. But it’s also #EraFriday. Ice H20 Canada’s own JD Era launched his #EraFriday series last week, wherein he releases a new track for public consumption on every single Friday. This week’s joint is a freestyle over Drake’s monster “Trophies” anthem.

The Hit-Boy-produced banger just missed the cut for NWTS. But Drake eventually released it as a single at the end of 2013. Now JD Era has taken it and made it into his own: he’s showing his love to the T.O. and spitting some pretty hungry bars. Check it out below. And keep it locked, because this freestyle is going to be on JD Era’s forthcoming #BARS Vol.1 Mixtape project (which we’re getting pretty geeked on).
