Bigg Pesh & Halfstar – Higher Level ft. Jessie Alanna [Video]

Selkirk, MB – Newfoundland-born, Manitona-based brothers, Bigg Pesh and Halfstar, just released new visuals for their track “Higher Level” (featuring Jessie Alanna) off of the upcoming Conceptual Theatre project. The track was produced by Bigg Pesh, and the video was shot and edited by Broms (of Deepcave Records).

It’s a gnarly little track. And it’s a total trip back to the days of back-street cyphers and old-school beats. And what’s cool about Pesh and Halfstar, is that they throw some of their Beast Coast influence into the mix. And – as always – shouts to our dude Broms and his Deepcave Records look for holding things down for Manitoba’s hip-hop scene.
