Pré – Dreams Money Can’t Buy [Video]

Calgary, AB – Calgary’s up-and-coming MC, Pré, just released new visuals for his track “Dreams Money Can’t Buy.” In case you missed that, it’s a remix of Drake’s “Dreams Money Can Buy” (that track that samples “Tonight” by Lykke Li). The video also features YYC’s hip-hop honey, Nki Louise. Pré speaks to the things in his life that can’t be given a monetary value. Like relationships, and love, and good feelers. The visuals were directed and edited by Mike Le. Check it out below.

Pré also explores the ultimatums that sometimes come with being an artist: more specifically, the push-and-pull between engaging in a certain type of sloppy lifestyle, or staying committed to the day-oners. He loses Nki to a girl that he’s been sending saucy texts to, named Alexia. Seriously, Pré? No one hurts Nki Louise like that. Not a good look for you. If you actually did that to her, she’d probably rip you out during her next KOTD battle, or something. And then Pré wanders off into the darkness of the YYC night.
