Shawtee Re – I Don’t Care [Video]

Calgary, AB – Calgary’s own Shawtee Re just released new visuals for her latest single entitled “I Don’t Care.” She says it herself on the track – she’s reclaiming herself as a female boss. And she delivers. Girl is a total bossy pants. And she spits some pretty hungry rhymes.

The track was produced by Ryan “Ghost” Bowser, and the video was directed by Johnny Tran. Peep the visuals below and cop a download of the track via iTunes.

So here’s the basis of the video: Shawtee gets kidnapped. But she tries to fight off her captors with her words – her feisty femcee words. Unfortunately, her kidnappers set her on fire. It’s a bit of a downer way to wrap up a video. But Shawtee Re is on the come-up, and we’re looking forward to seeing what else this femcee has in-store for us. She’s got a whole lot of sass going for her. Also, she has a Puma sponsorship (which I am incredibly jealous of).
