SonReal – L.A. [Video]

Vancouver, BC – SonReal has just released some dope new visuals for his track “L.A.” off of One Long Day. It’s the ultimate ode to being successful, and cutting all ties with sobriety, and all that other fancy pantsy A-list business. So to hit it home, SonReal takes us through a day in his life. One Long Day in-the-life, that is. But you want to know what’s really gnarly about this video? For starters, it was all shot in one take. And what’s more, the sets from the video were all fake-built and set up inside of a warehouse.

The video was directed by Peter Huang (for Mad Ruk Ent), and produced by Ruiz (also for Mad Ruk Ent). The track was produced by Chin Injeti. Check it out below. And if you haven’t done so yet, make sure you head over here to cop a free download of One Long Day.

So here’s how it all goes down: SonReal starts off at home. And then he heads out with his swank little backpack. And then he gets a speeding ticket. And then he gets takeout: the number four with a side of chicken, to be exact. Then he hits up the studio. He’s not really on his game, unfortunately. So he goes home to sleep.

Just kidding. He goes to a house party, where everyone dances in slow-motion. And confetti flies everywhere. And then he has to sign boobies. This is when he starts to get scared. Then ish hits the fan. SonReal doesn’t have pocket change, so he can’t ride the bus. He walks in the rain. He’s versing about going home so he can vibe out and write music. But then we see him being ravaged by his crazy fans. Somehow he does eventually end up at home watching the tube with his boo. All’s well that ends well, right? And there you have it, folks. That is One Long Day in the life of SonReal.
