Swamp Thing – Firedogs [Album]

Toronto, ON – Since it’s release back in October 2013, Firedogs by Swamp Thing has been quietly building the group an impressive following; boosted by the increased awareness of the union between the trio which consists of Timbuktu (MC/Producer), Chokeules (MC) and Savilion (MC/Producer). Video support for songs like “Elephant Man,” featuring Ghettosocks, have brought more deserved attention to Firedogs, which was released through Toronto-based URBNET. Ghettosocks makes several appearances on the project – 6 in total – and the release also features appearances by D-Sisive, Adam Bomb and Wordburglar.

As Steve “Flash” Juon noted on his review of the album, “Firedogs finds the focus shifting away from the B-movies to A+ rap skills…” giving it a rating of 7.5 out of 10 for RapReviews.com. Download the or stream the project below via the group’s Bandcamp profile.
