Mike Boyd – Mr. Mike [Video]

Enfield, NS – This morning Mike Boyd dropped his new video for the track “Mr. Mike” off his forthcoming Note the Sarcasm album. The album was produced by Classified. And in case you missed the memo on that one, Classified and Mike Boyd are actually brothers. Spoiler alert: Class is in this video, too. The bromance love is real.

But Boyd establishes his own sound right from the get-go. Dude’s got impressive fast flow, considering he’s still on the come-up. And he’s cheeky. Like when he admittedly tells us that he beez on the couch (unlike Nicki who beez in the trap). And then he pokes fun at Ma$e’s newly-developed Christian persona. And then some. Check it out below.

Boyd rocks a black fat suit for most of the video. Because he’s Mr. Mike. And he does that sort of thing. You feel me? He says it himself: “I’m the new man/ ‘Bout to even it out.” That is, he’s trying to make hip-hop fun. And there you have it, ladies and gents – you’ve just been introduced to Mr. Mike.

Make sure you head over to iTunes to pre-order your copy of Note the Sarcasm. And while you’re there, you can cop a download of “Mr. Mike” for your own listening pleasure.
