Buck N’ Nice – This One’s For You (Appreciation Song) [Video]

Ottawa, ON – Our homies repping the Buck N’ Nice duo (MC SawBuck and DJ So Nice) recently found out that they’d made it to the regional semi-finals of CBC’s Searchlight 2014 contest. So to show some serious love to their number-ones, they decided to drop an appreciation video.

They put it all together – the beat, the verse, the video – in an hour. And blasted it out online. Talk about keeping it humble. We’re so happy that SawBuck and DJ So Nice are getting their due shine. So make sure you head over to CBC Music to show support, and get those votes in. Do it now. Because then you can listen to “This One’s For You” and it will actually be for you. Warm fuzzies will happen. And peep more details about Searchlight 2014 over here.

Quick unrelated side note: the artwork on the wall in the background is stylin’ to the maximum. That zebra painting is just too fresh. And it matches the throw pillows on the couch. Just thought I’d put that out there.
