GiNZ & King Phoenix – Raw [Audio]

Toronto, ON – Our dudes GiNZ and King Phoenix are back at it again. The duo just launched their latest banger entitled “Raw.” You might remember how at the end of last month, these two dropped that freestyle called “The Plug” that was entirely produced on an iPad. This joint was also entirely produced on an iPad. Which is dope. Check it below.

So you know how Pusha T is always like, “Yeeeugh,” and it’s – essentially – the most ferociously gnarly sound ever? Well G and KP do something similar on this track when they say “Raw.” It sounds very feral. Seriously. Keep your ear to the ground because it almost sounds like they’re saying “Roar.”

And then there’s that line on the hook: “She make that ass clap/ Like a round of applause.” Such poignant usage of similes, ‘na mean?
