Get ready for Pemberton Music Festival: July 16 – 20 [News]
Pemberton, BC – HUKA Entertainment has partnered with Molson Canadian, SiriusXM Canada, and Somersby Cider to bring us a supremely monstrous Pemberton Music Festival this year. Pemberton Music Festival was expanded into a five-day festival that will take place from July 16 through July 20 in Pemberton, BC. The festival features nearly 100 performances in six separate performance areas (two main stages, two secondary stages, a dance tent and a comedy area). That’s five hard-hitting days full of music, comedy, and camping in beautiful British Columbia.
But let’s get into the details of supreme importance, here. Y’all want to know the headlining hip-hop acts. Am I right? Okay. Take a deep breath. Because you’re going to lose it…Headliners for 2014 include Outkast, Frank Ocean, Kendrick Lamar, Snoop Dogg, Chance The Rapper, ScHoolboy Q, Tyler, The Creator, Earl Sweatshirt, Flying Lotus, araabMUZIK, Tory Lanez, and more. Insane. Right?
Festival passes are available for purchase online, and range in price from $299 (general admission) to $1499 (super V.I.P. admission). With each ticket purchase, you must either choose a camping pass or shuttle pass. If you’re opting not to camp on the festival grounds, the good folks over at Pemberton Music Festival have set up a handy-dandy lodging page on the festival site with more information for those seeking accommodations in the Whistler area. And what’s more – if you have extra room in your vehicles or are in need of transportation to-and-from the festival, a festival ride share program has been set up for your convenience. Details on the program can be found over here. HUKA has also introduced a “Pretty Awesome Shuttles” program to provide incentives to non-camping festival attendees making use of the shuttle program. Peep the official festival flyer and more information after the jump.
