Nki Louise – The Prayer (Prod. NockNock Beats) [Video]

Calgary, AB – Calgary’s hip-hop honey – Nki Louise – just hit us with some new visuals she launched for her single entitled “The Prayer.” Nki’s on the come-up, but she keeps things real as it gets on this; a song that pulls double-duty as a prayer. But here’s the catcher – it’s not a prayer for Nki. She’s already blessed. She penned this as a pick-me-up to everyone out there still stuck in the struggle. Nki came up as a battle rapper so she crafts stories through her verses. It’s 100 per cent raw; with no fluff anymore. So it’s a tough listen; but it’s also the Nki Louise rap-equivalent of a pep talk. A very necessary pep talk.

The video was filmed by Gladys AP. The track was produced by NockNock Beats, and engineered by DJ Butta. Check it after the jump. And feel feelings.
