DillanPonders – The Boy Who Lived Pt. 2 [Video]

Toronto, ON – As DillanPonders gears up to drop his latest project – The Boy Who Lived – next month, he hits us with the second PSA of his promotional campaign. In case you missed it, the first PSA was a sneaky pro-blow video disguised as an anti-drug public service announcement.

This second DillanPonders PSA is pure druggy egg-celence. Literally – DP cooks eggs. In a frying pan. And it’s deep and symbolic because drugs fry your brain in the same fashion that a pan fries an egg. It all starts with the premise that doing drugs is bad. And then Dillan cracks his egg, and psychedelic drug imagery takes over. Because despite the fact that drugs are bad for you, DillanPonders could care less. He’s yolked. The video was directed by Jason Baskey. Check it after the jump. And – as per usual – try to keep your ish intact as you wait on the arrival of The Boy Who Lived. It’s dropping on Aug. 13. So the wait will soon be over.

  1. DillanPonders – Somewhere In Chinatown [Video] ·

[…] DP gets into the nitty gritty of having naked bitches on his table, and rehashing the sex life with his ex, and having three girls at once, etc, etc. This dude should start a side career writing the official rap game Kama Sutra. But DP also dives into more personal territory. While his rhymes are usually very self-assured and IDGAF-y, he’s very self-aware. He knows he’s got character flaws. He admits that he’d show up late to his own funeral (he totally would – by the way). And then he says “I don’t make plans/ And I don’t make breakfast” (he can cook eggs, though). […]
