The Bass6 – Lucid Dreams Vol. 15 [Mixtape]

Toronto, ONThe Bass6 just hit us with the fifteenth installation of their Lucid Dreams mixtape series. And we’re sad to announce that this will be the final mix of the series. That’s right (Wahhhh! Sob! Sob!) – Lucid Dreams has come to an end.

But don’t worry. This is just the beginning of the heat that The Bass6 are throwing our way. The supreme SmashMouth Music Group production duo – Creamie and Welldone – have been hustling hard this year. And if they weren’t on your radar before, they’re probably now on repeat on your loud speakers.

The Bass6 - Lucid Dreams Vol. 15 [Mixtape] -

This mix runs a little longer than usual – it’s more than 40 minutes long. And it doesn’t slow down too much. It’s pretty much 100 per cent turn-up. Usually the guys slow it down for a bit with some smoother joints for sexy time. This mix is full-on wild-out.

Right now the guys are going through a bit of a Gucci Mane and 2 Chainz phase. But you’ll also catch appearances from Future, Migos, and more. I’d say this last installation does a fine job of encompassing what The Bass6 are all about – obnoxious trap anthems for turning things up, lots of fornicating, more trap bangers to keep the night rolling, some drinking and drugging along the way, a few really vibed-out trips, and – of course – solid repping for the SMMG roster of artists.

So shout-out to The Bass6 for keeping our weekend playlists poppin’ this year. Shout-out to the SmashMouth Music Group fam for raising the bar for the T-Dot. And shout-out to our main man Brenden Hewko for being one of the best managers to work with.
