DillanPonders – Multiply (Remix) [Audio] #SOTD

Update: With such a positive response to the “Multiply” remix, we had to make it our Song of the Day. Check it out below.

Toronto, ON – SmashMouth Music Group’s prince of the powder – DillanPonders – just hit us with a remix he did of A$AP Rocky’s recent “Multiply” single.

Rocky boasts the importance of keeping it “trill” on the original joint. But DP keeps it so trill that he’d never actually use the word “trill.” Because he’s DillanPonders. Instead, he spins the track to bring us deep into the substance and sexcapade-fueled world that’s become so synonymous with King Dillan: “F**k her in the guest house/ Tell her take her breasts out/ Who the f**k’s my ex now?”

Compare that to the original where A$AP Rocky was all like, “Still tell a bitch suck my dick/ Swag swag n*gga.” If DP said “Swag swag n*gga” after talking about getting fellatio, I’d probably giggle. Because that would be a little bit silly. Giggle-inducing silly. This is what I’m getting at, though. DP took an A$AP joint and made it a 100 per cent genuine DillanPonders joint. That’s how you do a proper remix, people!

And y’all better take a minute to appreciate how fast DP can flow. Because dude is only 22 years old (spoiler alert: you find that out on the track). And he’s got one of the most polished flows around. Next year, he’ll probably already be pulling some crazy Tech N9ne ish on that delivery. Too good.
