Vader The Villin – Lonely [Audio]

Brooklyn, NY – New York’s own Vader The Villin just hit us with his latest solo release titled “Lonely.”

In case you’re not familiar, our SmashMouth fam in Toronto have the Brooklyn-based artist on their roster. You might also remember that dope collaboration joint that happened last month between DillanPonders and Vader. It was all kinds of wonderful. Anyways, Check for this single on SmashMouth Entertainment’s upcoming SmashMouth Mentality Vol. 2 compilation tape. And give it a listen below.

This track is full of melodic vibes, and a jammin’ beat that is all kinds of fresh. Ooooh boy. Vader hops on the vocals. And when I say vocals – I mean vocals. He’s singing. Even when he delivers his flow on the verses. And what’s more – he’s singing about the feels that go hand-in-hand with loneliness: “Hey now/ I feel lonely/ But as long as you’re here let’s do this right.”

Here’s how I see it all playing out: Vader feels lonely and he’s going to temporarily fill his void with some company. And by company – I mean sexcapades. I’m paraphrasing, here. He actually says “Hey now / I ain’t here to make it better / But whatever / Let’s stay up all night.” That refers to booty call, right? Either way, it’s a total Band-Aid fix to the whole “lonely” situation at-hand. But I think we’re all guilty of doing exactly that.
