Cooking at Fortune Sound Club – The Art Of Making Beats Workshop [News]

Vancouver, BCCOOKING at Fortune Sound Club is a workshop and party dedicated to the art of making beats. This debut edition on January 8 will feature Vancouver-based music producers Ekali, Pat Lok and Joseph L’Etranger who will cover topics such as industry insights, production programs and equipment, beat making and sound off with a beat critique. After the production seminar, the night will roll out into a party filled with the best in new accelerating music.

Prizes will be given away throughout the seminar from sponsors Savant and Cariboo Brewing.

Tickets are $5 and will be good from 8pm -1am. Email RSVP is a must and you can do that at guest@fortunesoundclub.com with the subject ‘COOKING.’

Attendees can also submit a beat for the speakers to critique: howtocookbeats@gmail.com.
