Cloudy Tunnel and KAOBOY Music collectives bring out a variety of voices in new cypher

Vancouver, BC – Vancity collectives Cloudy Tunnel and KAOBOY Music recently joined together to produce a cypher which features a roster, including: Sung, Sean ZhBrealliant, Scope, and Shy. With bars in a variety of languages, such as: English, Mandarin, and Korean, the cypher tackles other sub-genres of rap culture that have previously gone uncovered on the West Coast.

Vancouver is known as one of the most multi-cultural cities in Canada, and the cypher mimicks our diverse cultural landscape by bringing together a variety of global perspectives of rap music that the scene can vibe to – as well as learn from. What we love about this project is that it feeds off an inclusive energy that is imperative and important for the community to see. Individually, each emcee brings their own unique sound and wordplay, which makes this a truly interesting watch (as well an important one). The song is produced by KAOBOY, and the video is produced by recognized local creative, Scope. Check out the video below, and get acquainted.
