You HAVE to download Creo’s EP Soon Come, here’s why

Toronto, ONCreo, a 23-year-old rapper from Toronto has seriously created an influential portfolio of music. October 2016 was the release of Soon Come, a 5-song EP that has Creo rapping over the real things in life. Not to mention songs like “U MAD” that will not only have you seriously into the lyrics but will also have you bouncing to the Donato-produced beat.

Each song off the project is different from the next. Each with its own story, flow and tempo. Creo takes us on a lyrical journey throughout the EP and you can tell right away that this style is influenced by rappers like J. Cole. This year I had the opportunity to watch Creo live at UNCRWND, which had such a wide variety of rappers that covered the whole spectrum of hip-hop.

Creo was a perfect fit. He had the crowd bouncing and didn’t have to rely on an insane bass boost to have everyone in the crowd going wild. His lyrical creativity, combined with a beat that is beyond catchy, cannot be stopped. There isn’t that much to say, you’ll know exactly what I am talking about once you have a listen.
