Review: Machine Gun Kelly smashes two back-to-back performances in Edmonton
Edmonton, AB – After postponing twice, due to scheduling conflicts, Machine Gun Kelly finally graced his presence in Edmonton for two electrifying shows on April 13 and 14. The Alpha Omega Tour marked MGK’s third tour stop at Union Hall and over a half a dozen in Edmonton alone. No matter how many times the Young Gunner hit’s YEG, it always feels like the first.
Night one included local supporting artists, Young Tox, Rome Angel and [host for the evening] DJ Grizz. Night two’s sold out show was supported by DJ Grizz, Brothers Grim, Doom Squad and Divot accompanied by Philip Solo and Nate A.M.
As usual, MGK exceeded our expectations and tore up the stage, giving his adoring fans the show they’ve been long awaiting for. He even dropped his newest joint, “Trap Paris” (featuring Ty Dolla $ign and Quavo) which was well received on both nights. Check out the photo recap (from night 2) after the jump. Machine Gun Kelly’s third studio album, Bloom, is available for pre-order and set to be released May 12.
