All Night Numb: Yoko Gold returns with this new summer soul anthem

Toronto, ON – After releasing one of the best songs of the year back in February, Toronto artist Yoko Gold finally returns with this brand new single titled “All Night Numb.”

Produced by Jeff Hazin, Evan Miles, Yanick Allwood, and Katalyst, “All Night Numb” is a soulful summer song about sexual exploration, and the adventurous thrill of spending the after-hours with someone special. The track is distinctly more upbeat than Yoko’s previous “Gone”, and rides out on the sun-lit summer vibes of the season.

Even though Yoko only has two tracks available online right now, he’s already shown his extreme chameleon abilities. He’s just as able to make a heart-sinking ballad about regrets (“Gone”) as he is a playful summer sex anthem like this.

He’s got a very distinct breed of artistry that seems heavily influenced by old school R&B and soul. But I wouldn’t put the guy into any one genre box. He really just sounds like Yoko Gold. And his music always hits me right in the feelings. Listen to “All Night Numb” below, and pray we don’t stay waiting another five months for new Yoko Gold to surface.
