Destiny: Toronto-based Xceed from New Zealand releases new single

Toronto, ON – This past December, Xceed left a $100K+/year job in his hometown of Auckland, New Zealand to pursue a career in music. He’s already the second most viewed battle MC from the island nation in the southwestern Pacific Ocean, and he tell us his battle against Skolar is the most viewed New Zealand-based rap battle of all time. He’s battled in leagues like BeastMode and is hoping to eventually get back in mix through KOTD. But on top of everything else, Xceed is focused on pushing his career as a recording artist. Right now he’s pushing a new record called “Destiny.” You can find it on Spotify and other outlets. We’ll be keeping an eye on Xceed as he tries to navigate through and come up in the Canadian scene. Check out his new tune below.

Prominently gaining recognition from his battles and battle rap competitions under the 1Out Street battles in the New Zealand divisions, he has garnered over 300’000 views, being one of the most viewed and notorious battle emcees from New Zealand. He has worked with the likes of P-Mack (Patrick Mckenzie), who has worked with Rick Ross & MMG, Zorran Mendonsa (NZ based producer/engineer responsible for Blindspott’s earlier success), and also Diamond Factory Studios in Toronto.
