No Days Off: Toronto artist Boland kicks off his weekly series with this hungry new single

Toronto, ON – Earlier this week, Toronto newcomer Boland released a brand new track titled “No Days Off” as the debut single off his upcoming project of the same name. It’s also the first release from Boland’s new weekly series.

Produced by NAWMS, “No Days Off” is a funk-fuelled rap track with a heavy little bass line. The track is a delivered as a freestyle with a straight two minutes of bars on bars. It’s a hungry homecoming track for anyone who’s not get familiar with Boland and it shows just how dedicated he is to the craft. The guy is putting in work 24/7, and taking no days off.

Boland sets the tone from jump as he establishes that A) he doesn’t really care what anyone else on the scene is doing, and B) he’s starting to get very cautious about who he lets in and who he trusts. If you appreciate lyrics and bars, you’ll feel this. If you’re looking for a slapping bass line to nod your head to, you’ll feel this. If you just want to vibe out to an easy-listening rap track, sit this one out because it’s a lot to digest: “I’m a motherf**king animal/ Hannibal Lecter would be dejected/ Disgusted by such a cannibal.”
