You need to listen to Josh Dillon’s vocals on his new single “Scream”

Brampton, ON – Josh Dillon is quickly becoming known as the Waycool member with the big vocals. After listening to his new single “Scream” that dropped late last week, we think that you’ll agree. Produced by fellow Waycool creative Martin Sole, the two Brampton artists link again after coming off the strong release of their latest pacifying and dynamic singles “SOS” and “LOVER.”

Dillon’s strength is vibrant in the use of his voice, but his songwriting also shines. He sings, “Pretty young black broke boy from the b’s, shoulda’ started whipping, I turn 20 on the 23/By the time I’m 23 they better remember me, Feeling like my remedy fuckin’ up my memory/I made sure my shit was clean, house like airport security/Needa’ hold my ground, people sound too shaky when they speak/Plus them hoes lie to you they ain’t nothin like they seem, yea I guess it’s in they jeans.

Stream “Scream” below, and don’t sleep on Josh Dillon or Waycool. The whole collective has been making solid moves all year and getting looks from music publications across Canada. We strongly feel as though this is only the beginning for them.
