Born in the Dirty South and raised in the heart of the West Coast, Hannah Renee considers herself an LA native, since she’s been breathing its smog-filled air and soaking in its laid-back culture from a young age. At eighteen, she merged her love for music and passion for writing to create a self-ran music blog called The Urban Decadence (which is now non-existent), where she reviewed mixtapes, events and interviewed Los Angeles underground artists (Dumbfoundead, Percee P, Eligh of Living Legends, etc). After a long hiatus filled with life, love, stress and setbacks, Hannah Renee is back in the blogging world as a member of HipHopCanada's LA team, with a more matured style of writing.
