i have a female manager similar to those who walk the wrestlers to the ring but in this case, she walks me to the stage.

Bottom line! . if you dont have a manager .. you aint serious and you definately aint doin anything.
.. When you get to a certain point .. you need to have a manager.
Im just a producer and I have a manager.... You need that person who is going to spend the time to make connects and get you jobs/ gigs. .. As for the person who said somethin about managers bein shady. .. Just protects yourself properly.. you should have a lawyer as well.... but the bottom line is that if my manager eats and pays his bills based off of the work that he gets for me .. then I know hes gonna bust his ass to get me my production jobs .. etc.
Anyone who is taking this game seriously will tell you that a manager is needed.

Self Management is most cost effective... but that doesn't mean you can just do whatever...
if you're serious you'll start absorbing as much knowledge as you can... so that you are a GOOD manager for yourself...
