What are rap fans in Toronto more excited about these days?

When a next song/album will be dropped by a rap artist?

or when the next rap battle event will be taking place?

I saw some Toronto rapper boast about how many youtube views he had on his latest track
and then some dude came in and said so and so KOTD battle vid got 10 times more views 'so get to the back of the line chief'

haha it was soooo fuckin sad cuz this guy was a well known rap artist in Toronto

even guys like Mic Boogie are feeling the pressure

It seems most rap battles get more views than music videos these days. I wouldn't say they're more important than vids but IF ur good at battling it's Wicked promo.

I've contemplated doing it but I just can't. I'd be too embaressed after I couldn't show my face on the block son. I mean even when I win I'll feel like a whore.

Windsor just started one called Border City Battle Club. The first battle was last night. The first couple matches were terrible. The last match was decent. I'll post it when it's done uploadin. They want me to enter the next one but I want a nice chunk of $$$ before I do that shit.

1) you don't know me
2) people down here know me from growin up a battle style rapper (even though I'm not into that anymore)
3) they asked if I would enter and I said if there's a bit of $$$ involved I might consider
4) they said yea... not talkin a bank roll but he did mention a few hundred
5) they really want me to do it they gotta pay... new league or not
