naw..just trying to make shit that sticks to the concepts for the projects..same sorta shit i did with lucha lonely..even the cowboys album..i'm always just trying to make the background noise for the movie..
i like the short songs...i got no attention span i'd rather people think the songs are too short then too long.
thanks for the kind words everyone... concept albums are the best I'm with you…making regular rap records is boring to me now. After I drop this solo joint, It's all Arkeologists or nothing for me…it's the only time I have fun with this shit anymore.

I don't really see him promoting much of his shit online and he's talking shit about me?
whatever man
waste of time I guess this is from august, ..i think he was more talking about the rest of us...and he's pretty much right. we dont know how to do it...getting people to peep your shit without looking like every other fag on facebook with a music page posting on everyones walls... having people tell you from all over the world tell you they love your shit..and have to look in my car seat for change in the morning to buy cofee and a couple single smokes from the corner store..lol it's a strange game out there man... people are afraid to fuck with anything on a bigger level unless its pop music.. so fuck it all anyways... That's my point exactly. Bill has done a great job with his online promo campaign. The videos are great, the controversy keeps things exciting, and Bill has done a lot to help spread the music of Kdot and Norm a lot further. I envy what you've been able to do online with little at your disposal. However, on the other hand, it's crazy that this stuff isn't getting more exposure. Links or hard copies should be sent to magazines, blogs, websites, etc, and copies should be sent to radio. It's great that Premier has played some of Kdot's songs, but his albums should be making the charts (college radio at least) and should be getting reviews. All of the more traditional methods of promotion are being overlooked. I mean, I had to pay to download a copy of Drugstore Cowboys from Bandcamp in order to review it, and I don't normally like to do that. The album isn't getting to the right people. And to be honest, the Polaris opportunity was wasted. Even if Kdot didn't make the long list, at the very least it would have meant a bunch of media people giving it a listen, which might have resulted in some reviews and radio play. If the next album is as good, I'm sure I'll suggest it, too, and hopefully this time it results in some more exposure for the whole crew. So I guess what I'm saying is, I really like some of the creative online promotion courtesy of Critical Bill but there's so much more that could be (no, should be) done to get the word out. But everyone needs to be fully committed. In the end, like many others, I just want to see Kdot and The Arkeologists get the dues they deserve.

is there a non-.rar DL link for this anywhere?? dont know why, but any time i download anything from uno, kdot, shamann's site, etc its always in .rar form and my computer wont let me open it 'without knowing what program created it' lol
had to search for a long time to find a proper link for DSC thats just normal mp3s, not a .rar file. would love to be able to bump this one on something other than youtube
cheers, great work on this release

I like what you guys are doing and would be willing to back the cause. But I don't think Kdot wants to be connected with Hand'Solo Records in any way. I do think his Lucha Lonely album would have been a nice fit for the label though.
