So, I'm thinking of getting a dog stroller, cuz i wanna bring my dog to the mall.

when i was in Peru, there was an outdoor mall, and it said 'no pets' but then i saw some kid pushing her doggy in a stoller, and i thought - THAT'S what i need! because if the dog is contained in there, and it's discreet... i think i can do it. they can't mess with anyone or anything if they're in the stoller.

i've heard of people pullin off the mall visits with the strollers.


i also have heard that yorkdale, vaughan mills and sherway don't mind dogs.

have you guys seen any dogs at the mall?

the only places i can bring her into right now are: convenience store in my building, pet stores and the bank (but just within the atm area but i saw a dude downtown walk into the branch with his dog on leash, and he went up to the teller).... and when my pup was still really little, i got away with bringing her into Second Cup, Coffee time and Rabba suprsingly let me in, cuz i said 'oh you don't have a sign saying 'no pets' and i just wanna quickly use the bank machine'...the lady said ok.

when i see people just walk into places that say 'no pets', holding their dog, and not even a chihuahua or teacup, i've seen a lady with her shihtzu go into the PharmaPlus and Dollar Store in my neighbourhood and i thought 'wtf? i wanna do that!'... my neighbourhood has a lot of dogs, and is considered a dog friendly area.

i just think it would be so convenient and just nice to bring my furbaby with me to the mall.

you think i can get away with it? lol, she pretty small, she's under 20 pounds... and she's very sweet.
i already know service dogs get a pass, of course.

1) strollers for doggies have been 'in' since 2007

2) i'm just not brave enough to walk right in with her in my arms, cuz then they'll tell me i can't... plus she starts to feel heavy after a while, she's pretty small but not small enough to hold on to for more than a few minutes or to put in my purse without it killin my shoulder or breakin the bag lol....
soooo, if i had a stroller, she could just chill, even sleep... and it would be easy to push her around, while i shop..but most of all, she'd be kinda hidden.

you guys are thinking i'm talking about baby strollers and putting a dog in it, but there are strollers specifically for dogs, that many people use








i wouldn't use it all the time, i want her to get exercise, but just for the mall or certain situations.
