Andtheniwhippeditout: Toronto’s Mouse Sucks impresses with new EP

It’s been a couple of years now, but Toronto rapper Mouse Sucks has officially made me a fan. Since July, I’ve been recommending his singles “Debbies” and “Jumping” to anyone that would listen, and now he’s blessed us with a gang of new material. Both singles can be found on the newly released EP, Andtheniwhippeditout, which is available on Apple Music, Spotify and other services. Check out the EP below.

The new Andtheniwhippeditout EP by Mouse Sucks is available now.

Andtheniwhippeditout: Press Release

After introducing himself in 2016 on his self-produced album Justatethebootyandifeelgreat, Mouse Sucks is choosing to step away from the Butt-fet. The 23-year-old rapper/producer from Toronto, Ontario has always tried to go places where most wouldn’t, which was a huge theme for JATBAIFG with singles like “Crying At The Strip Club” and “Me AF/Bae AF”. Although pushing the envelope is still a major focus for Mouse moving forward, his new album Andtheniwhippeditout takes an entirely different approach than the booty appreciation that listeners got a taste of last year.

While Andtheniwhippedout offers a new scope of Mouse Sucks musically, it follows a similar formula from his past work as he produced, wrote and mixed all 8 songs from the album. One major difference this time around is the fact that Mouse has pulled in some of his closest artist friends for guest appearances scattered throughout the project. PG County rapper dopeSMOOTHIES and New Jersey rapper Saturn, Alexander connect with Mouse on the single “Debbies” while the sultry Mercy Margiela appears on the single “Jumping.”

Other collaborations on the album include Capital Öde, LotusHalves, Odyssey and Rocio Cabrera who crafted the artwork.
