Stating that it’s one of his own favorite tracks to date, the Liberia born rapper BabyEye Taylor has released new visuals for his single “Show Me.”
With an underlying message that “actions speak louder than words,” Taylor drops his catchy lyrics on a melodic beat produced by Hozaybeats.
Directed by TheMoonRunners, the video comes just in time before BabyEye Taylor performs at the BET Awards this coming weekend, June 21, and his debut EP Baby Fever 1 drops later this month.
BabyEye is currently based in Oakland, California but was born in Liberia, West Africa and raised in Durham North Carolina. Being exposed to different cultures and genres of music at a young age, his sound has been uniquely modified which contests for his versatility.
The independent artist and songwriter began his musical journey at the age of 12 with influences from rappers such as Tupac, 50 Cent, Notorious B.I.G, NAS and Jadakiss. He’s received a lot of notoriety during the course of his musical journey including earning the title of Artist of the Month on two of North Carolina’s most famous radio stations, 97.5FM and 102 Jamz.
BabyEye has already collaborated with various well-known acts including SWIFT, Lil Scrappy, OMB Peezy, and others. He’s been working hard towards the release of his new project and is currently making a lot of strides with the “Show Me” single. The new video should build on that momentum even further.
“Show Me” is available on Apple Music, Spotify, and other digital streaming outlets.
