East Coast hip-hop legend Classified is back with a new 6-track EP titled Tomorrow Could Be…
The release comes on the heels of an intensive video campaign by the veteran producer/MC, with three of the six songs already receiving visual support including two different videos for the song Anjulie-assisted “Changes.”
Class also used the campaign to pay tribute to missing and murdered Indigenous women with the “Powerless.” The video was directed by Andrew Hines, who received a Grammy nomination for his work on Logic’s “1-800-273-8255” video in 2017.
The last video, “She Ain’t Gotta Do Much,” was directed by Jacqueline Andrade and has been viewed over 20K times since its release on Jun. 14.
It’s unclear if Class plans to release more videos in support of the EP, but he’s got three other really strong songs on the project that would be perfect candidates for slick video treatment.
[Note: Shortly after the release of this post, we came across Class’ latest video for the song “Fallen.”]
You can stream Tomorrow Could Be… on Apple Music, Spotify and other streaming platforms.
